Occupation: Venture Capitalist Peter
first became involved in rallying in 1989, driving a Datsun 510
in a few national and regional events. Prior to that he participated
in the Honda Michelin Race Series in 1986. In October 2001 Peter
returned to rallying with his first event at Charlevoix. Throughout
the past year he has quickly moved up to the Expert Seed 2 level
in Group N4.

Occupation: Structural Engineer Rod’s
first Performance Rally was as Co-driver for Rich Swenson in the
1975 Lobster Rally in Moncton, NB. Rod and Rich had several very
successful seasons, consistently finishing in the top 10%. Rod
has been fortunate enough to co-drive for some top drivers, including
Bruno Kreibich. When not co-driving for Peter Thomson, Rod teams
up with Jon Kemp.
Racing
Highlights:
-In 1999 Rod and Jon Kemp finished 3rd overall in the SCCA Rally
Series and 2nd overall behind the Sprongl’s for the North
American Rally Championship.
-At the 2001 Charlevoix Rally, Rod co-drove for the always exciting,
crowd pleasing, Andrew Havas.
-5th OA in 2001 Cherokee Trails with Andrew Havas
-5th OA at 2002 Sno Drift with Jon Kemp
-1st OA at 2002 Silverstone Black Bear with Peter Thomson
